Cancellation Policy

At Convention Housing, we understand that plans can change unexpectedly. That's why we have established a clear cancellation policy to ensure that our customers are informed and understand the consequences of canceling their reservations.

Cancellation Fees

If you need to cancel your entire reservation at any time, we require a cancellation fee equivalent to the amount of one night per room plus applicable taxes and fees. This policy applies to all our customers, regardless of the reason for cancellation. The cancellation fee will be charged to the credit card provided at the time of booking.

Partial Cancellations

If you need to cancel part of your reservation, we treat it as a modification. In this case, we require you to submit your request at least 10 days prior to your check-in date to receive a full refund. If you submit a partial cancellation request within 10 days of your check-in date, Convention Housing may not be able to accommodate your request, and no refunds will be issued.

No-Shows and Early Check-Outs

Convention Housing does not offer any credit for early check-outs or no-shows. If you fail to arrive on the check-in date and have not canceled your reservation, you will be charged the full amount of the reservation.
