Fulfillment Policy

Convention Housing values its customers and strives to provide excellent service. We understand that circumstances may arise that necessitate canceling or modifying your reservation. Please read our service policies carefully to understand the applicable terms and conditions.

General Service Policy:

  • Convention Housing provides prepaid hotel accommodations services, all reservations must be paid in advance on the specified cutoff date. When guests arrive at the hotel, they are responsible only for incidentals along with any applicable resort fees, property fees or destination fees.
  • A deposit of 1 night per room plus applicable taxes & fees must be completed upon making the hotel reservation, this deposit is nonrefundable. Remaining balance must be finalized 10 days prior to check-in date to avoid any disturbance or cancellations to the service contracted/requested.
  • Hotel Confirmations will be emailed to you 3-5 business days after completing booking details (dates & guest names).
  • All quoted prices are per room per night and do not include applicable taxes, resort fees, property fees or service fees, all charges are made in USD.
  • Whenever applicable, Convention Housing will try our best to overrule any restrictions on reservations on a case-by-case basis. However, since overruling terms & conditions is not always possible, we recommend that our clients carefully review the service policies and comply with the 10 days prior to check-in cutoff date to avoid any unnecessary costs or fees.

Adjustments & Modifications Policy:

  • Clients can make adjustments & modifications to their reservations up to 10 days prior to check-in date as long as the request does not involve entire cancellation.   • Adjustment & modification requests that call for a refund and are submitted 10 days or more prior to the check-in date will be honored - with consideration to hotel availability at that time - and a full refund will be granted as long as the request does not involve entire cancellation.
  • Adjustment & modification requests submitted within 10 days prior to the check-in date will not be honored. Therefore, no refunds will be made in such a case.
  • Convention Housing does not offer any credit for early check-outs or no-shows. If you fail to arrive on the check-in date, your reservation will be canceled and full charges will apply.

Cancellation Policy:

  • If you need to cancel your entire reservation at any time, we require a cancellation fee of one night per room plus applicable taxes and fees, equivalent to the deposit amount. This policy applies to all our customers, regardless of the reason for cancellation. The cancellation fee will be charged to the credit card provided at the time of booking.
  • If you need to cancel part of your reservation, we treat it as a modification, you may submit your request 10 days prior to check-in date and it will be honored with consideration to hotel availability at that time.
  • Convention Housing does not offer any credit for early check-outs or no-shows. If you fail to arrive on the check-in date, your reservation will be canceled and full charges will apply.

Refund Policy
